6-Week Writing Course

This exiting 6-week course delivered by Rosie Peacock is designed to teach you how to use writing as a way to know yourself better, improve your wellbeing and increase feelings of joy in your life. Studies show that writing has been proven to decrease depression, stress and anxiety as well as increase positive emotions such as gratitude and joy*. The exercises on the course are a blend of scientifically sourced interventions from Positive Psychology research and coaching practices as well as integrating creative writing exercises too. There will be a mix between journalling, and creative writing.

You don't need to be an experienced writer to attend, although enjoying the writing process is something we will work towards over the course of the 6-weeks. The course works best when you can integrate the practices into your daily routine, writing for 15 minutes a day will allow you to gain the most benefits.
