Join Ivana this season for yoga session in a beautiful and spacious studio. Class begins with slow Hatha based flow and then transitions in to a Yin practice with longer, more restorative holds. Finding the balance by surrendering in these passive poses; which your body can relax and release.

Using the Breath combined with this practice will help you find the space to move deeper into the postures, bringing your body and mind into the stillness, peacefulness and the serene.

Asana practice is followed by deep relaxation (Savasana or Yoga Nidra), Pranayama and Meditation.

Open to all levels.

This enhances experience of inner strength, clarity and ripples off into a correct and stable postural alignment.

    Yin for runners, cyclists and people who experience tightness in hamstrings, hip flexors and hips

Time: 7.30-8.45pm

Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative practice of longer-held passive poses that enhance and renew the body's vital energy, ease joint-rigidity, immobility, and nourish the body at the whole level.

Yin aids with digestion, muscle repair, organ detoxification and emotional processing. The gentle, supported postures allow the connective tissue ( ligaments, tendons, joints, and fascia) to strengthen, and with a consistent practice over 6 weeks, you will notice postural improvement, increased ease of movement and overall balance of mind & body.

Hmmmm. Delicious Flow is back!!!
This time we start little earlier as the summer will be in its full swing.

Join Ivana for this extended morning practice and move your way into the weekend. There is no rush in this class, as we have a hour and half! Flowing slowly and deliciously in to practice, guided by the importance of Breath to both uplift and tap into the stillness. To see and feel the beauty of the morning energy.

With this connection to Yourself, peanut butter chocolate overnight jar and hot drink (served in the Acorn Cafe below the studio-also available to take out) Ivana has got your Friday morning sorted!!

Please know that the breakfast is plant based and it can be gluten free too. Get in touch if you have any food intolerance'.

All levels welcome however not suitable as first ever yoga class.
