Enjoy taking some quiet time out to relax while doing some really positive work for your wellbeing. Leave the stress of the world behind and learn to let go of anxieties as we connect to an inner love and feel empowered and prepared for the future using guided meditations for Stress, Anxiety and Empowerment.

These Meditation Classes have been written using a gentle blend of relaxation and therapeutic techniques to help you to learn to relax, to escape from the stress and noise of the world, to support you to let go of anxieties and to feel empowered by connecting to your powerful mind.

These Wellbeing Classes are 45 minute Guided Meditations which progress over six weeks. Each week you will work on a different area of wellbeing for this subject which will include relaxation for the body and mind and that weeks guided journey. These powerful journey's included-

    Face Yoga is a natural way of looking and feeling younger and healthier with an added sense of relaxation and wellbeing. It is a combination of face massage, exercises, acupressure points and relaxation. Just as your body needs regular exercise to stay toned and firm, the face and neck also needs to be exercised. As the muscles become stronger through exercise they are lifted and firmed, therefore reducing lines and wrinkles. By regularly massaging and exercising the face using the techniques, you will increase the circulation, lymph flow and remove toxins, leaving your skin to look healthier and more youthful.

    The class starts with some warming up exercises, then we go on to the face massage, face exercises, acupressure points and then relaxation at the end.

    Beginners Meditation Class Part 2 - These meditation classes are the 'Part 2' to the popular first set of Beginners Meditation Classes and are in the same format with new and exciting subjects to explore.

    In these classes, you will extend your knowledge by learning about that week's subject and then taking part in a group meditation on the subject. All the information in class will also be given to you in a booklet to refer back to at any time, you will have access to all meditations online for home use too. There's so much to learn it's important for you to keep exploring!

    These classes are brilliant for anyone who enjoyed the first set, for those who are interested in the subject matter and for anyone who wants to explore more about themselves by learning techniques to connect to different layers of themselves through meditation.

    Over the six weeks of this Beginners Meditation Classes, Part 2 set you will explore a variety of subjects all very very exciting! In these meditation classes, we will talk through that week's subject before exploring a meditation journey on the subject. These classes include-

Inspired by Tess's love of the sea and the belief of the effect of graceful movement on the soul Tess has fused some beautiful surfy type moves with Kalari style yoga and classic Hatha/Vinyasa and Yin to help you explore your body and mind, whilst very much keeping in mind the true ethics of Yoga practise.

    Her own style of Yoga Nidra and Pranyama exercises will relax and rejuvenate you, all to some great tunes as well, definitely an intermediate class, expect to bend and sweat and challenge yourself, just a little.

    Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative practice of longer-held passive poses that enhance and renew the body's vital energy, ease joint-rigidity, immobility, and nourish the body at the whole level.

    Yin aids with digestion, muscle repair, organ detoxification and emotional processing. The gentle, supported postures allow the connective tissue ( ligaments, tendons, joints, and fascia) to strengthen, and with a consistent practice over 6 weeks, you will notice postural improvement, increased ease of movement and overall balance of mind & body.

    The 8 week course teaches mindfulness skills in a weekly class over the course of 8 weeks.

    This is the core of mindfulness where you will learn to recognise and train your attention away from stress inducing thought patterns to improve your health and wellbeing. The sessions consist of teaching content and practical exercises within a group (maximum 10 people per class). To gain the most benefit from the course you will be asked to commit to 45 minutes of home practise each day between classes.

    Please be aware this course may not be appropriate if you are in the midst of a very difficult experience. Please contact us to discuss any concerns.

    A certificate of attendance will be given at the end when all sessions are completed. If any sessions are missed they can be made up by booking a private tutorial if needed.

    Join Ivana this season for yoga session in a cozy, candlelit studio. Class begins with slow Hatha based flow and then transitions in to a Yin practice with longer, more restorative holds. Finding the balance by surrendering in these passive poses; which your body can relax and release.

    Using the Breath combined with this practice will help you find the space to move deeper into the postures, bringing your body and mind into the stillness, peacefulness and the serene.

    Asana practice is followed by deep relaxation (Savasana or Yoga Nidra), Pranayama and Meditation.

    The way we live today, so technically connected and with our schedules so filled, we constantly hang out in the stress response. We are attuned to it. It is the 'normal' state for us to be all the time concerned with what is next or how can I fill this moment? What else do I have to or need to do or how can I entertain myself now? We stay 'on guard' and therefore are chronically activating the stress response. It is part of our goal-achieving mentality and it has served us well...up to a point. And that point is when we cannot turn it off.

    I recommend that you know what gets you into the relaxation response (parasympathetic nervous system), and use it often! It is for your health! It is for your better sleep...

    We will start with simple MEDITATION, move through the YIN YOGA sequence followed by a YOGA NIDRA (yogic sleep).

    I will introduce you to a deeply soothing breath technique to experience a better night's sleep.

    All finished with cup of tea and little sweet treat to bring you back to a wakeful state.

    No previous experience is necessry. Appropriate for all ages and levels.
