Join Ivana this season for yoga session in a beautiful and spacious studio. Class begins with slow Hatha based flow and then transitions in to a Yin practice with longer, more restorative holds. Finding the balance by surrendering in these passive poses; which your body can relax and release.

Using the Breath combined with this practice will help you find the space to move deeper into the postures, bringing your body and mind into the stillness, peacefulness and the serene.

Asana practice is followed by deep relaxation (Savasana or Yoga Nidra), Pranayama and Meditation.

Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative practice of longer-held passive poses that enhance and renew the body's vital energy, ease joint-rigidity, immobility, and nourish the body at the whole level.

Yin aids with digestion, muscle repair, organ detoxification and emotional processing. The gentle, supported postures allow the connective tissue ( ligaments, tendons, joints, and fascia) to strengthen, and with a consistent practice over 6 weeks, you will notice postural improvement, increased ease of movement and overall balance of mind & body.

Hidden in the mythology of ancient India are keys to living well and techniques of meditation.

Each week Swami Atma Gyanam Saraswati will tell one of these myths then lead group contemplation and meditation.

Yang is fiery, an active sun energy, flowing with powerful momentum.

Embracing both qualities in our yoga practice can build a joyful equilibrium in our body and state of mind. This elemental practice of earth, fire, water air and ether will lead us from a Movement to Meditation.This workshop invites you into an exploration of these polar opposites by shifting the shapes both passively and actively prayer.png

This time we start little earlier as the summer will be in its full swing.

Join Ivana for this extended morning practice and move your way into the weekend. There is no rush in this class, as we have a hour and half! Flowing slowly and deliciously in to practice, guided by the importance of Breath to both uplift and tap into the stillness. To see and feel the beauty of the morning energy.
